Fixing windows install via a linux install for webui

Hi I've spent a few hours trying to get my windows install to work like my linux version does. Nothing I did seem to give me upscaling for all the general options only RealESRGAN would show and just the x4 versions. I tried lots of different placements for things like LDSR and all but nothing seemed to work.

As a last ditch effort I copied: configs, frontend, models, optimiedSD, scripts, sd-concepts-library-main, and src from linux to windows and let it overwrite the files and other than notifications about LF being replaced with CRLF on the python files it all seems to work.

Honestly the linux setup seemed to go so much smoother and more completely than the windows I can understand why there are separate directions for each platform. The windows instructions are confusing in several places, And i'm unsure how to keep what Iv'e got working now and still do updates.

Any help would be appreciated.
