Thanks so much for developing the outstanding tool. I have a question regarding the L-function value estimate.
Does the input of the subject information have an impact on the L-function estimation, i.e., bind(res)?
If I ignore the information of subject and did not feed it to spicy, will I get the same L-function estimation,i.e., bind(res)?
Let me know if my question is not clear!

Thank you, I did not see misbehaving.
So I assume the L-function value estimation is for an image, so have the subject informtion or not, it will not change the L-values for image, is this correct?
That's right! You'd get one L-function value for each cell type pair/image combination. Having multiple images per subject only affects the final linear model that's built. Hope this clears things up!
