Use this command to delete a suggestion without posting it to the denied suggestion channel nor notifying the author in DMs
Use .silentdelete [suggestion id] (reason) in any channel the bot can read and send messages in.
suggestion id: The id of the suggestion you want to silent delete
reason: The reason you're silent deleting this suggestion (optional)
To execute this command, the user must have the Manage Server permission or a configured staff role.
