Use this command to remove an attachment from a suggestion
Use .removeattachment [suggestion id] in any channel the bot can read and send messages in.
suggestion id: The id of the suggestion you want to remove the attachment from
rmattachment, rmattach, delattachment and deleteattachment
To execute this command, the user must have the Manage Server permission or a configured staff role.
