Download only the games in a separate text list.

I know that you can geta list of the games using the appropriate flag but is there a way to download only certain games based on said list.

Let me explain. Let's say I have 500 games on my Gog account but not enough space on any of my drives to store all 500 titles (even with no extra's and patches). Is there a way to tell the downloader to only download the games on one list for one drive and another list for another drive?
