Showing the current playing song with a small dropdown when it starts

Description

Whenever a new song plays, a small dropdown should appear that shows what song it is and who made it. Coordinate with the artists on the look of it.

Acceptance Criteria

This story will be finished when the described functionality is added to the standard inclusion prefab and testable in a unity scene

I like this new feature. I will say have it quickly fade in (500 ms), last for about 5 seconds until it fades out. Let's place it in the bottom right corner of the screen for now see how that looks. Maybe we'll get fancy with the fade in VFX. It should be a specific size/take up a specific amount of the screen space, but I have no idea how to describe it so we'll just iterate.

@ViMaSter I know you made some good progress on this. Did you ever finish it? I know you were asking for feedback on your designs.

This has been open for a long time so would be nice to get something in.

Stopped working on this for a while, because I think(?) we've never decided on the final UI for it. If you or someone else wants to give it a shot, feel free. I don't have any work-in-progress locally.

If I do get back to working on it, I'll assign the issue to me, to prevent stepping on each other's toes. :)
