Describe the bug

It's possible to open both the talk/move sub menus and investigation main menu at the same time.

Steps To Reproduce

  • Open the investigation UI
  • Select Talk
  • Press Esc to open the pause menu
  • Press Esc again to close the pause menu
  • Without moving your mouse or pressing the arrow keys, press X
  • Notice the investigation main menu appearing while the talk menu is open

This also applies when using the Move menu instead of the Talk menu

Expected behavior

  • Open the investigation UI
  • Select Talk
  • Press Esc to open the pause menu
  • Press Esc again to close the pause menu
  • Without moving your mouse or pressing the arrow keys, press X
  • The talk sub menu remains open and the investigation main menu isn't opened

This also applies when using the Move menu instead of the Talk menu
