Lambda layers are no more available from the repository

I recently tried to build a lambda function that references the beamlambda layer (region eu-west-1).
The layer is not found by SAM when deploying, and cannot be found by a manual search on the layers repository web interface (https://serverlessrepo.aws.amazon.com/applications)

Additionally, would that be possible to provide instructions on how to build the layer on our own?
