I want InputFolder to pick a folder

Hello, I would like an inout folder tag to be able to just pick a folder location and store the location in a variable. I want this folder picker in the settings page. I don't want to do anything like upload files. I want to be able to present an editor that allows notes to be created and stored in this folder location that the user has picked.
