Open/Close Fix (second try)

Now sending position 0/100 (instead of UP/DOWN) to the mygekko when opening/closing the covers in HA. Let's see if this fixes the opening/closing problem.
Also added support for tilting covers.

Now sending UP_HOLD/DOWN_HOLD (instead of UP/DOWN) to the mygekko when opening/closing the covers in HA. Let's see if this fixes the opening/closing problem.

Initial support for lights.

Added basic support for lights (on/off).

Breaking change: I had to rename the id of the created devices. You need to remove the integration from the settings and then add it again to get a clean set of devices/entities.

Fixed the cover position recognition (up/down was switched).
Fixed naming of entities.

Added initial support for opening/closing covers and setting the cover position.
Disabled demo mode.

Cover support.

Added support for reading the covers from MyGekko. Only supports reading the current state of the covers, no support for opening/closing the covers (yet).
