Add notepad setting for whether to insert at cursor or append

Stardown's notepad inserts copied text wherever the cursor currently is. I feel like it makes sense, but it also confuses me a little sometimes. There should be a setting for whether to append or insert at the cursor because some users (including me) will mostly just want to append to the notepad, while some others may want to insert at the cursor.
