do we try to include the various genome assembly tools in the container? I'm thinking maybe not. The docker image might get huge and have dependency conflicts between the various assembly tools....

Perhaps we just stick with only including the autocycler pre-compiled binaries: https://github.com/rrwick/Autocycler/wiki/Software-requirements-and-installation#installing-autocycler
