Server crossing portals

You enter a Portal on Server A and get out of a Portal on Server B.
Preferably selectable through the existing drop down menu.

Hi @ezek1el, this is a huge change to XPortal and I probably won't have time for that, but what is the reason you can't use the mod you linked to?

I couldn't get it to work with the mod i linked to.

Edit: I got it to work but you can't select the server crossing portal from the list and go to another server that right away. You can choose it from the list just fine and portal to its location. Then you have to travel again trogh that portal to get to the other server. Just a minor inconvinience, but it works.
