[Bug]: DwC download not processing #4168

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. From the CO Filter, I downloaded 120 specimens using the DwC
2. I chose Select All to download all predicates
3. Waiting for processing on the DwC Dashboard

I am not sure exactly what time I began the download but if the time is indicated in the file, it may have already been almost 2 hours. See screenshot

Expected behavior

It has been taking a longer than usual time to download for a few weeks now but since I have not downloaded often, I was hoping it would work itself out but it seems like there is still an issue with download times.

Just an FYI: the DwC dashboard still showing as processing the following morning. I imagine it is expired at this point:
