I don't think that this is intended behaviour.

I first take some seeds, I plant them, I break the crop and I get a morning glory. Then, I craft it into 6 seeds and can do it infinitely. Am I not supposed to wait until it grows up or something?

Maybe it was supposed to be crafted into 1 seed and not 6?
