Mass Action on Retailer should support Select All #36

Preconditions

Magento Version : CE 2.4.x

Module Retailer Version : All version

Environment : Doesn't matter

Third party modules : Doesn't matter

Steps to reproduce

Refer to Invalid argument supplied for foreach() $retailerIds on vendor/smile/module-store-locator/Controller/Adminhtml/Retailer/MassSaveHours.php magento2-module-store-locator#132 with same conditions but should be tested with Retailer Mass Action such as Mass Enable/MassAllowDelivery/MassDelete/MassDisable etc

Expected result

Grid Mass Action should have no problem

Actual result

[Screenshot, logs] Invalid argument supplied for foreach() since retailer_ids parameter doesn't exist with Select All
