Utreexo and MAST images not showing on Kobo #46

According to 1 reader the following two images don't show up on the Kobo device, even though other images do:

On my own Kindle these images do work, same on Apple books. They're converted to PNG in the epub format.

These are some of largest images so perhaps there's undocumented size restriction. The (similarly large) performance chart does work however.
