Feature Request: Show pack name in song evaluation screen

Often I see a scorepost and want to play the chart but I don't know what pack it came from

I have this implemented in my fork. You should be able to use my code directly by pasting it in or forking + making a pull request.

Here’s what it’ll look like save for the colored boxes around the chart credit and the player profile bits.

(My fork is also backwards compatible with SM5, ITGm, and Etterna so you could just use that instead as well. Some functions won’t be available unless that engine adds support for the few unique OutFox APIs I use.)
