Void Bolt procs from Cooldowns are fired before Cooldowns are Applied.

Description:
The damage of Voidbolt from the 2pc cooldown triggers do not inherit their relevant CD modifiers. E.g. Voidbolt from Void Eruption does not benefit from the Voidform Spell Damage Amplifier or Mastery and the voidbolt from DA does not benefit from the Dark Ascension buff.

Void Eruption Void Bolt -> Normal Voidform Void Bolt as a Voidweaver. Note Void Bolt is not the expected 2x the size of Void Bolt due to missing modifiers (19% mastery on character).

Cast a cooldown and note the damage of the voidbolt, then fish for a proc inside of cooldowns and note the damage of the proc.
