11.0.5 live Build 57689

Description:

https://www.wowhead.com/spell=265273/demonic-power have an effect who reduces the energy cost by 100%, this effect should only be affecting Wild Imps, but it's currently affecting Grimoire Felguard.
This bug have manifested in the past to affect Primary Pet Felguard as well, but it got hotfixed in Dragonflight.

Details:

While Demonic Tyrant is active the energy cost of legion strike is being reduced by 100%

Howto:

Summon Grimoire Felguard, then Tyrant and watch as it will constantly spam Legion Strikes due to them costing 0.
