[Feature] Change Map to CMUMap Style

Description

Introduce a variation of CMUMap as the map for CMUEats (while also including current functionality like dining location pins) for a much better user experience. The map variation should be an extension of Labrador Maps teams' work to incorporate waypoints and other features. Thus, there should be cross-committee communication while working on this issue. The repo is https://github.com/Nicolapps/cmumap. This was made by @Nicolapps when he was an exchange student at CMU for a class. To accomplish this, CMUEats should first be made a Turbo monorepo. Please do not migrate away from Bun. Bun's DX and speed is miles ahead of Node. This should only be worked on after design's proposed changes and the review system have been implemented. This is NON-TRIVIAL.
