Improve Speed on Moodle

Loading an background image on Moodle is taking 2x as long as on the local version

at 18:11 on 6/2/23 took over a minute to view an 11mb h5p file, and images within the content were taking 5+ seconds to load - destination was http://moodl-moodl-q0x5agxm589e-556418628.eu-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com/mod/hvp/view.php?id=14

also need to consider how easily to scale up

CPU changed from 1024 to 2048 and memory limit changed from 2048 to 4096. Please let me know if there is any improvement.

Just uploaded an 11 mb h5p file.
Loaded (eventually) went save and display and got 504 gateway time out

on refreshing a minute later it it loads ok course name is arts test

Also experienced similar slow performance having uploaded 3.75 mb Interactive video sample. On "Save and display" it took best part of a minute to display the content
