Packs, Packages and Add-ons #7

The following nomenclature is currently used:

  • "Packs" to denote community extensions.
  • "Packages" for libraries that are included in the SWI sources but that can be left out during compilation from sources.
  • "Add-ons" to denote community extensions.

Suggestion:

  • Replace all mentions of "Add-ons" with "Packs".
  • Come up with a new term for "Packages".

Thank you Wouter, this is a good change! The same goes for #12, #13 and #35: These are all about external applications of SWI-Prolog instead of SWI-Prolog itself. A Wiki would be a better place to give an overview of SWI-Prolog's application areas.
