Teaser break not supported

The teaser break does not work right with this feature.

When inserting a teaser break: the break gets surrounded by

tags. The result is:

and the teaser is not recognized when the node is rendered.

It would be ideal to have the teaser break functionality since the summary doesn't support HTML tags. It appears that all you can have in a summary is plain text.

I wonder if it is due to the order the filters and rules are applied?
