Allow players to message players using /msg or /tell

Isn't this a feature already in Java Edition?

Not that I'm aware of. I believe it's part of essentials. We would need the command to also respect any chat filter and /mute

It is part of Java sorry, we override it to allow the use of /r.

This was implemented, however we also need to override /w and /whisper
