Missing Add and Remove buttons on resource panels #19

The user interface includes "Add" and "Remove" buttons on the StorageServices panel, but these buttons are missing on the panels for the other resources mentioned on the "Explore the Resources" panel.

Added in #18. Likely needs debug for Redfish objects, doesn't look like it works properly everywhere.
