Multiple Binds Touchpad Dualshock 4

Hi, I was able to have 2 binds on left side click on touchpad and right side click. One bind was default touchpad click and the other was Square.

Just recently after loading into a game it wasn't registering my right touchpad click and with how passthru and these other settings work I am lost in the sauce in how to fix this.

Basically I want to set up 2 binds on the touchpad.

This issue did only occur after running a few reg edit files "pc tweaks" which i guess could be responsible problem. But i did have this issue in the past for a period of time and only after shuffling settings found out how to set 2 individual binds on the touchpad

I have attached what is displayed after applying the shown settings and holding right side touchpad, both controllers are outputing touchpad click

UPDATE (FIXED)----

i found out my controller touchpad was not responsive to touch, swipes. Just fixed it by opening the controller cleaning it and switching the cable backwards.
