Summary

The use of actual numbers in the Pull Request template create links to those issues.

Detailed Description

This is a problem because when writing quick stubs that are meant to be filled in later, forgetting to
remove those example issue links creates real (but false) links.

Possible Fix Implementation

Replace the default values with a placeholder string.

How to Reproduce the Bug

Create a new pull request and don't edit the description.

GitHub Antenna repository - main branch
