Problem: Celebi code is a little ugly right now

things to do:

update function and class formats match (either_this orThis)
update variables to make sense and match (ex: stop calling robot actions robo_actions in main)
try to fix circular dependencies so that we can take the robot_actions class declaration out of algorithms.hpp
comment the code more
