Add new Loaders to load the content and put it into pinecone

We will be adding new loaders for PDF and gitbook

PDF Loaders

We can use - https://python.langchain.com/docs/modules/data_connection/document_loaders/pdf
and we already have some code for getting the PDF Text. Please test and see which is good

Tasks

• for the website or for article, we want to add a button to see all the text. This should open a full screen modal and show all the text
