Add a cronjob to githubwork flow which runs every two hours to run the yarn start
Yarn start should find the
- new proposals
- For those proposals it should add reports, commit the new changes to github
- Then also just for those new, send a message to discord webhook (Add discord webhook URL as env variable)

Some more things

In getRecipientNameWithLink we want to add checks for some contract names, like for market names. We can also check if the recipient exists in a know address array or not
