I have two small issues with the name & title.

If you do not include a name, it leaves the hyphen, so you get something along the lines of:
" - Shiny Dashboard Title"
If you have a short name, you can get a weird break on the name & title:
"Will - Shiny
Dashboard Title"

It might be good to have the hyphen be Dynamic or allow for separate lines with name & title.
