The cells do not work on the mobile app.

I have the heat map set up and it works on my desktop but when I go to look at the same heat map on my mobile app, the heat map loads but none of the cells populate with the color they should. They just stay empty as if nothing exists data wise. Does anybody else have this issue or am I doing something wrong?
