Should jquery.MetaData be included with this gem?

this should be included with the gem, since half stars use metadata

It seems that half stars is not working for me because I haven't included jquery.MetaData
So, How can I do that?

I don't know if it is the best way but I got from here and it worked:
https://github.com/jquery-orphans/jquery-metadata/blob/master/jquery.metadata.js
