Rebranding: New Name + Logo

We need a new brand and logo that fits with the project's goals and objectives both on the long term and short term.

Some stuff for inspiration:

• we like pixels (makes coding and whole IT field less intimidating)
• we like to think of a brand as an identity (so what is the character of this brand and what movie are we on? 80s early computers scene - like Minecraft? Or 80s in general, without pixels, like in Stranger things, ET, Back to the future etc.)
• we would like to communicate: empowerment, open doors/showing the path, P2P, economy 3.0, gamification

What do you think about the name “Top Hat” I kinda like it. Seems techie, simple, easy to remember “I just use Top Hat, and I got this job” “all you need to do is log into Top Hat and make a business profile”

If feels a bit generic, but it's easy to remember... But it all depends on the story behind... The mission/movie.

I just figured out that all the movies I listed have some sort of mission. Stranger things, ET, Back to the future... :) So we need to develop a story first maybe and then think of the name... You know like - title comes at the end of the novel:)

wizardamigos found another amigo with mexican roots in chiang mai brainstorming about wizard hats... maybe they should be mexican amigos hats .... wizards who are not amigos feel like old grumpy men who are too serious to have fun

Because if we decide for 5, we can still have

or even

wi/zard/in/sti/tute and we can have both of them with .com
