We need one coherent app for our workshop

@tqvarnst in thinking about it, I think our workshop suffers because we keep switching apps on them. I think in the next round we should refactor to use 1 coherent application for all the steps.

I also think we should make them github fork and not just work in the console of katacoda for all their steps....
Hmmmmm but that is problematic as well. Maybe for scenario 1 we will make them fork and make a change
like change the header color, which would be simple with hot deploy or something else, and then do a new build.

But that is part of scenario 2, now. Are you saying that we should remove scenario 1?

No I think scenario 1 should be S2I build and scenario 2 should be binary build to get around the problems in S2I.
