Tune out case "additional info" updates

On the main case details page, if I add a field to "Additional information", a A Case has been updated. webhook is generated. However, it does not show what field I added or what value so it is not providing any value for notifications. I don't think that needs to be set up at all though as I don't think enough value would be obtained from a notifcation for additional information fields. Need to remove the generation of alerts based on additional information added events.
