Unable to raise Extention request due to more characters in reason field.

Issue Description

We cannot raise an Extension Request due to more characters in the reason field. We are unable to reach the buttons

Expected Behavior

The height of the pop-up should have fixed height and the user should be able to scroll

Current Behavior

We are unable to scroll through the content of Extention Request

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click user profile. Select "Tasks".
2. From the list of tasks select the task that needs extention.
