Issue Description

Currently, the Discord bot is unable to send messages to the server channel due to permission issues. Although the necessary permissions are supposed to be granted when the bot is added to the server, they are not being considered. As a workaround, we need to assign an explicit role to the bot to allow it to send messages.
We should document this process for future reference.

Expected Behavior

The above issue should be added to the documentation.
