[Bug] Subterfuge Buff does not apply if you break stealth via on use damage trinket

Description:

Opening a fight from stealth via on use damage trinket does not trigger subterfuge talent.

Reproduce rate:

%100 ( tested as many as 10 times on dummy and in combat)

Details:

If you break stealth with on use damage trinket (i.e. Vial of Ceaseless toxins KJ Burning Wish) you do not get the subterfuge buff. If you get splash damage and break stealth you get the buff, and wording suggests regardless of how you break stealth you get to use your stealth requiring abilities for 3 seconds (it gives a 3 second subtefuge buff on you)
I was macroing Vial of Ceaseless Toxins to my garrote opener and realised I was not getting the Subterfuge Buff. I thought it may be a macro problem. Tried manual on use on dummy and same result.
