Work on a bug

- Create an issue profile

Make sure you've been added to the 'Assignee' list on the tracker
- Somone on IRC should be available to help you out (see webchat)

Claim an issue
- If you created a bug for yourself to work on, assign it to yourself
- You can see a list of your activity by following the link My Page
- Click on an issue
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Update' link
- In the list of 'Assignee's, select your username
- Finding issues
- You can peruse the issues page (Issues)
- On the right hand side of the Issues page, you'll notice quick links to numerous handy queries
- Quickfixes for new developers http://bugs.joindiaspora.com/projects/diaspora/issues?query_id=7
- Confirmed http://bugs.joindiaspora.com/projects/diaspora/issues?query_id=5
- If you created a bug for yourself to work on, assign it to yourself

Updating the issue's progress
- To change any fields mentioned: Scroll to the bottom of the issue page and click on the 'Update' link, from there you can edit the issue
- If someone has duplicated the issue, mark the issue status 'Confirmed'
- Ideally, there should be a spec written for this bug, if you've done this, mark the issue 'Isolated'
- If a pull request has been made for the issue, senior members will set the status 'Awaiting Acceptance'
- As you make progress, particularly if the fix is more than a day, please set the '% Done' to something meaningful
