[Style] Enhance the contact form

What's the style idea?

The following improvements are needed for the Footer Component (Keep in Touch) and Contact Page:

1. Text Area Height Restrictions

• Issue: The text area lacks min-height and max-height settings, allowing it to be dragged to infinity.
• Action: Add min-height and max-height properties to restrict the resizing behavior.

2. Font Family Mismatch

• Issue: The font family of the text area is inconsistent with the rest of the component.
• Action: Apply the appropriate font family to the text area to ensure consistency.

3. Send Button Hover Color

• Issue: The send button does not have a hover color change effect, making the interaction less intuitive.
• Action: Add hover color change styles for the send button to improve user feedback.

These changes will improve user experience and ensure design consistency in both the Contact Page and Footer Component.
