Photo library and searching solution

The images currently being used for the website are more or less randomly found on the internet and consequently problematic with regard to copyright.

It would be useful to create a clear policy on this - ask people to snap a photo if they go somewhere to write a report, tell them to check if the materials they are using have the correct license, provide high quality free resources like CC image search.

Getty images recently decided to allow royalty-free embedding of their photos, this could be immensely useful.
