Currently, recordings of shows are cut from the 2-hour archive mp3 files manually by VoIP and some journalists. We should implement an application to automatically do this. At a later stage, we could also automate the publishing of these recordings to the website.

@makismakana has already started working in this direction. If I understand correctly, the current idea is to insert inaudible markers into intros/outros of shows and then try to use them as markers for cutting later.
