Add Interactive CLI Tooling (low-priority)

Always wanted to do something like this mostly for fun. I'm thinking the best thing to do this with would be the replication cli edit command since we can ask a few questions for what they want.

Another thing that might be interesting (but this will have to go to the close source repo) is an interactive configuration system.
