Qubes OS release

4.2.3
Brief summary

For example, I create an AppVM named test-dvm and set it as a Disposable template. I then open the menu in Qubes OS and see the test-dvm machine and the ability to open it but only as AppVM and not as one time Disposable machine.
Steps to reproduce

Create AppVM and set as Disposable template.
Open Qubes OS menu
Expected behavior

In the menu, I should see test-dvm both as AppVM and as Disposable
Of course I has in prefs and features disposable options and I created it via gui applet.

Bug is in auto refreshing qubes os menu. Probably package "qubes-app-menu".
Sometime problem auto solve after few computer restarts, sometime help run "refresh applications" in disposable template settings gui.
