[IDEA] call for organisers meeting

Concept

A space for those interested in organising to come ask their questions and let us know what they want to do for the community and how we can support them.

Maybe also have some organisers first present why and how they contribute (though I suggest this is short and keeps the focus on the new folks)

Date and location. I imagine it's a small group so jet brains might be good (fits 12)
