Maybe consider recommending changing all factors to display labels up front?

So instead of the section that just shows to change language labels 1 and 2 to "monolingual" and "bilingual" and then later changing those to "Monolingual Participants", etc., show how to change both numeric and string categories to factors with the labels and order you want for display.
