PLM Pattern Language requires Descriptions and Forces

There are at least 6 different aspects in the lifecycle of a product (Inception, Feasibility, Development, Implementation, Operation, Retirement). Each of these different phases create distinct experiences, and have different forces. We need a section where we describe the processes, and show the related forces. The attached image shows an example of one of these process steps and some forces.
