Issue: Make Footer Copyright Year Dynamic

I noticed our footer has a hardcoded year in the copyright notice:

Description:
The current footer displays a static copyright year Copy© Copyright Policy 2024 All Rights Reserved by Priya Ghosal which requires manual updates each year and can lead to outdated information.

Please assign this task to me (Telel) to implement a dynamic solution that automatically retrieves and displays the current year. Thank you!
